Exceptional first visit for our family today! From the straightforward intake & front desk process, OUTSTANDING clinical care, and informed billing visibility, every single facet of this practice operates at a level far beyond what you'd typically expect... not only at a dentist's office, but at ANY business. The entire team is outstanding: kind, engaged, informed, well-coordinated, and passionate about their craft. Great leadership + great people make for an unexpectedly excellent experience! ***Their equipment and sanitation practices are also top-notch.***
A special callout to Jillian, who did an excellent job helping a family member with their sensitivities (and expectations from past experiences). She worked empathetically to help them get through their fears and receive effective treatment. Thank you!

I was just there last week I beleive. I was a new patient that they'd squeezed into the schedule. I was in a lot of pain and didn't know what was wrong . They were very patient , accommodating and took the time to explain things. I'd definitely go back if needed.

This was my first time back to the dentist in a very long time. I was welcomed into the office by their very sweet receptionist & given a tour of the office. Jillian did my dental cleaning & she was amazing! Very knowledgeable, I could tell she has a true passion for her job. But most importantly she was very personable & made me feel comfortable being back at the dentist. I would highly recommend Waterford Dental Arts!

Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor are very kind and welcoming. The building is clean a modern. The doctor offers a comfort menu of items such As a blanket or headphones, etc.that you can use if you have anxiety about coming to the dentist. It is awesome!
